Bone broth is packed with collagen, minerals, and gut-loving goodness. It's like a hug for your body and taste buds. Who said healthy can't be delicious? Sip, savor, and nourish yourself from the inside out with this unexpected wellness twist.
Ingredients:
1 cup milk of choice (I use Califia almond milk)
1/2 cup chicken or beef bone broth (homemade is the best, but I use Kettle & Fire brand mostly)
2 tbsp cacao powder(not cocoa preferably)
2 tbsp pure maple syrup (not Aunt Jemima lol)
Pinch of salt
Dash of cinnamon (I'll use CinnaMate sometimes to up level)
Splash of vanilla (optional)
marshmallows, dark chocolate shavings, coco whip (optional for topping)
Directions:
1. Add all ingredients to a small saucepan over medium heat.
2. Stir until combined and heat through,
